"Cigar", is Detweiler's musical portrait of a big man driving a big car through the dry streets of Post-Katrina New Orleans, smoking a big cigar. Because of the looting, fires, flood damage and the closed roads going into the city, goods like cigars were scarce until months after the disaster. The cigar is a symbol of prosperity and hope.
